This Company is looking for Mid-to-Up-Tempo Instrumentals in the general wheelhouse of the following references:

"Birthday at the Waldorf" by Muzak Orchestra

"Window Gazing" by Ivor Slaney

"Lambs in Clover" by Jack Strachey

IMPORTANT: This Company is open to vintage material that was recorded back in the day, as well as current recordings that capture the sound, feel, and vibe of this genre.

QUOTING THE COMPANY: "We need Muzak-type Instrumentals that have a fun, wacky, or quirky vibe."

Please submit well-crafted Muzak-style Instrumentals with a fun, kitschy sound that you'd hear in an elevator or a grocery store back in the '60s or '70s! Your submissions should have engaging rhythms, emotionally upbeat motifs, nostalgic melodies, and dynamic arrangements with plenty of forward motion and interest. Instrumentation that's in the general stylistic wheelhouse of the references will work best for this opportunity, such as strings, brass, guitar, drums, keys. etc. Please make sure that any virtual instruments or samples you use are high-quality, genre-appropriate, and realistic sounding.

Submissions should be between 2 to 4 minutes long, give or take. Non-faded, buttoned/stinger endings will work best for this opportunity. Do NOT copy the referenced material in any way, shape, or form. Use it only as a guide for tempo, tone, and overall vibe. Do NOT submit any material with unauthorized samples of any other artists’ music, sounds, or any other form of media. Broadcast Quality is needed. Era-appropriate Broadcast Quality is needed for vintage recordings.
